Harpenden Tutors  on bookings affected by the COVID-19 outbreak

Harpenden Tutors  are conscious  of the ever changing situation concerning the restrictions placed on everyone by the Government. Needless to say we will put the health and safety of students and staff at the forefront of any decision concerning the running of our revision courses.

The following terms and conditions are in addition to our  the normal terms and conditions.

In the event that a lockdown directive from the Government means that the use of a physical premises prevents us from delivering individual 1-2-1 tuition and/or a booster revision course then the tuition and/or booster course will be delivered by  ‘virtual’ means, eg, via zoom.

If a student wishes to cancel a booster revision course due to a positive corona virus  test and as a consequence  is required to quarantine during the period when a student was booked to attend course, then we will need certifcated evidence of this positive result if the student wishes to claim a refund for a pre-paid course.
