What to expect from our course

Through a range of learning activities students will be guided through a range of generic exam technique skills which are transferable across most subjects. The aim is to boost confidence, improve writing performance, understand the question command and subject words and therefore the demands of the question. Equally important is to appreciate how marks are awarded for different style of questions, and how this should determine how the question is answered.  Methods of planning for extended answers will also be addressed.
